info:
This episode of The late Show with David Letterman was (like all of them) broadcast nationwide on American television. The EELS Orchestra 2000 did a four and a half-minute version of Flyswatter and it was quite a weird one! At the beginning, E picks up his little phone (which he later uses to play his keyboard with), and says "I am the real Slim Shady". The whole time he's wandering around, playing on Lisa's keyboard for a while, playing his own keyboard then stepping back and then pounding on it again, just anywhere. Then, at the end, he gets up and sits on his keyboard, and as the song is coming to an end, E starts hanging beneath it, with his legs and his arms on top of the keyboard, still playing it kinda. When when the song is over, he fell down on the ground. Usually, David Letterman comes out and shakes the band members' hands, but this time he stayed in his chair by his desk, asking E if "he was okay over there".
