Show as part of the Cross-Linx festival. This travelling festival explores the borders of classical and pop music and the 2008 edition is the 8th time this festival is organised. EELS is headliner and most of the tickets said 'Cross-Linx presents: EELS'.

In the past the Cross-Linx festival brought together artists such as John Cale, Trilok Gurtu, The Ex, Spinvis and Yann Tierssen and the Dutch Radio Symfonie Orkest, the Schonberg Ensemble and the Metropole Orkest. Apart from EELS other acts performing were New York composer Nico Muhly and singer-songwriter Teitur. they composed a 'song cycle' especially for this festival. The cycle consisted of both new compositions and existing music from the baroque period (ca. 1600 to 1750) and the modern age. From the music of William Byrd to John Taverner, performed on historical instruments by the Holland Baroque Society, with the already mentioned Nico Muhly and Teitur. After the EELS' set DJ Autonon performed a special breakcore/classic Cross-Linx set.
