About Eels.nl
We've been around on the internet since 1997. First on Geocities, then on Planetzorg, now on our own domain. This makes Eels.nl one of the longest running EELS websites on the internet. Started out as a general EELS website, we decided to focus on what we enjoy most about Mr. E and his band of mercenaries. The live performances that is. Every time E takes the stage, he manages to surprise all that witness the performance. Hence a website that documents as much of these special moments as possible.
And now, the boring bit:
This website is a non-official and non-profit fansite. It's run not by EELS, E, Vagrant, Dreamworks or anybody that works or worked with or for the band. All content on this site is therefor not approved by any 'official' sources and should not be treated as being 'official'. We do the best we can to be as accurate as possible, but we don't guarantee that all the information that is found on this website is 100% correct. Always check the official listing of tourdates on Eelstheband.com first if you want to know if EELS will be rocking your town any time soon.
This site is by no means meant to make any profit from EELS, E, Vagrant, Dreamworks and/or anybody connected to the band.
Eels.nl does not contain any copyrighted material such as MP3 files. We do mention some bootleg-cd's and dvd's on this website. These products are not officially released by EELS and/or their recordcompany. The bootlegs we mention are purely meant for referral purposes only. These cd's or dvd's can be used to track down a setlist for a certain concert and we definately do NOT promote buying, selling or trading these kind of recordings. Please don't mail us on where to get these products as we will not reply to those kind of e-mails. Buy your music LEGALLY in a recordstore near you and support the artists you love! Buy EELS, your life will be better for it. Honestly!

If you want to get in contact with any (former) bandmembers, crewmembers, groupies or other people involved in or with EELS... Sorry, we can't help you. And we will not reply to those mails. Not that we don't want to, but we really have no idea how to contact them.
Anything else? Well... we DO like to hear from you. If there is any info missing from these pages, feel free to drop us a line. We are always looking for more reviews, pictures, setlists and memorabilia. Give it a try, you'll find that the Eels.nl team is actually quite friendly!
